Yoga Nidra with Eve

Nidra is a form of meditation that is used to enter a state of deep relaxation. The practice is often used to relieve stress and tension, improve sleep, and treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

Practicing yoga nidra can be incredibly beneficial for both your physical and mental health. By learning how to practice this technique, you can help to reduce stress, improve your sleep quality, and increase your overall well-being. Additionally, practicing yoga nidra can help to improve your concentration and focus, which can be beneficial in any area of your life.

I will guide you with beautiful, detailed imagery to fully relax and restore. This is an example of the type of prompts I will use.

Begin by finding a comfortable position. You may lie down on your back with your legs and arms relaxed, or you may sit in a comfortable chair with your feet on the ground and your hands in your lap. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

Allow your breath to become slow and deep. As you inhale, feel your stomach expand. As you exhale, feel your stomach fall. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly.

Now, begin to focus on your body. Start at your toes and work your way up, relaxing each body part as you go. Feel the tension melting away from your muscles and your mind.

When you reach your head, take a few deep breaths and imagine a beautiful, peaceful scene. It may be a sandy beach with waves crashing against the shore, a meadow with wildflowers, or a forest with tall trees and a babbling brook. Whatever scene brings you peace, imagine yourself there now.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into the scene. Feel the sun on your skin or the freshness of the air. Listen to the sound of the waves or the birds singing. Smell the salty ocean air or the fragrance of the flowers.

Stay in this peaceful place for as long as you like. When you're ready, slowly begin to open your eyes and return to the present moment. Take a few deep breaths and stretch your body. You should feel refreshed and relaxed.

I am proud to say I have received such lovely feedback from clients for my soothing voice and the powerfully relaxing experience they have had doing yoga nidra with me.

Book your yoga Nidra session now and experience the tranquil bliss of this ancient meditation technique.

I look forward to meeting you.
