I will also provide support and encouragement throughout the process, and will be there to answer any questions and help to guide you towards success.

My skills make my expertise valuable because they allow me to help my clients in a holistic way.I am patient, warm and to be able to ask the right questions to help me understand your needs.

My expertise as a yoga teacher and cognitive behavioural therapist is valuable to my clients because I have a deep understanding of how the mind and body work together to help people achieve their goals. I have a strong understanding of how to help clients to identify and challenge negative thoughts and behaviours that are holding them back, and to develop positive behaviours that will help them to achieve their goals. My skills as a therapist make me able to provide tailored support and guidance to my clients as they work to overcome their challenges.

What informs my coaching approach?

The two key techniques I use with my coaching clients are aimed at supporting you to find and trust your own inner voice.

Egan's coaching model is based on principles of humanistic psychology and self-development. It emphasizes the role of the individual in shaping their own destiny and emphasizes the importance of personal growth and development. The model stresses the importance of communication and collaboration between coach and client, and the use of a variety of techniques and strategies to help the client achieve their goals.

Motivational interviewing is a type of counseling that helps people explore and change their thoughts and behaviors related to their goals. Therapists use questions and probes to help clients create a personal vision and mission for themselves, and to identify and take action steps to achieve it.
