Agile Leopard Coaching
Individual coaching is a unique form of personal growth that will help you to achieve your goals and aspirations. Coaching is a process whereby I use my experience and expertise to support you to grow and develop in a specific area of your life that matters to you. I will work with you to identify your goals and objectives, and then help you to develop a plan of action to achieve them. I will also provide support and encouragement throughout the process, and will be there to answer any questions and help to guide you towards success.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive behavioural therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps people to change their thoughts and behaviours in order to improve their mental health. Eve holds a post graduate diploma in CBT and practiced as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in a busy North London practice before leaving to train as a Clinical Psychologist.
