Very simple mindfulness art and art therapy practice to use when you are processing painful emotions after experiencing stress or loss. When we are under pressure it’s hard to find the words and colour is so powerful for self expression. This activity works amazingly for kids and for self care. Also so great to do with elderly relatives suffering from dementia. Remember to add music to encourage a state of flow and relaxation.
