I am a highly experienced and qualified yoga teacher and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. I am passionate about helping people to improve their wellbeing and live more fulfilling lives. I offer a unique and tailored approach to yoga coaching, which combines mindfulness techniques with traditional yoga practices. I am committed to helping my clients to achieve their goals and to reach their full potential.
I offer private yoga coaching to individuals who are looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. I tailor each session to meet the needs of the client and I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Clients can expect to feel welcomed and supported in their first session. We will discuss your goals for the session and I will assess your current level of fitness and flexibility. We will then go through a series of yoga poses and stretches that are suitable for you. I will provide guidance and support throughout the session, and we will finish with a relaxation exercise.
